Five ways to deal with MS anxiety: A saunalog
MS is a crappy disease that’s unpredictable, different for each patient, and potentially life-changing. That can produce a lot of anxiety, which makes the mental game of MS a key survival tool.
After 20 years of aggressive MS, including severe pain, loss, five years in a wheelchair and currently three years back out, here are five tactics I use to deal with my MS anxiety.
